A four-armed bronze Vishnu with an attractive glossy brown patina, standing on a square pedestal and holding his various attributes, the inner right hand missing.
The Vijayanagar empire, with its capital city of Vijayanagara (now Hampi), in modern Karnataka lasted from 1336 to 1660.
